Individual Therapy- 45 min: $165

Brief 15 min Consultation-   $Free

Couples Therapy/ Family Therapy Rates

Family Therapy-50 min   $185

Couple Therapy- 50 min $175

Reduce Rates are available. Slots are limited and prioritized for Qpoc.

Bi-weekly slots are full rate slots

Note: 

Fees must be paid in full at the time of service. Payment methods include: Credit/Debit, Square, Zelle, Venmo

Insurance:

At this time, L.O.F Wellness & Counseling does not accept insurance. However, can provide out-of-network "superbills" for insurance reimbursement.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

A 48 hour advance notice of cancellation is required. If advance notification is not provided, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Refer to cancellation policy for more details.
